Monza Codatronca Spada - And another supercar from Italy



There were first official photos of the new Italian supercar Codatronca Monza.
According to the newspaper AutoBild, roadster is manufactured by the company SpadaVettureSport, which already produces a similar pattern bodied coupe.


The premiere of the car will be at Top Marques exhibition in Monaco, which will be open from 14 to 17 April. The new model is produced on the platform of the Chevrolet Corvette Z06 and has an aluminum V8 engine with a volume of 7.0 liters and a mechanical compressor.


Engine power 700 hp is a system for lubrication type dry sump and is combined with mechanical transmission with six degrees. Maximum torque is 950 Nm available at 4200 rpm. The car accelerates from standstill to 100 km / hour in 3.0 seconds and a top speed of 340 mph.

Supercar SpadaVettureSport Codatronca Monza has a curb weight of 1250 kg. Oz wheels are sized 19-inch and tires are Pirelli PZero Corsa in sizes 285/35 front and 345/35 rear. The brakes are by Brembo with 380 mm discs up front and 355 mm rear.

The car is equipped with a computer that can record 80 hours of movement parameters, incl. angle of turn and speed of each wheel and the time for a tour of the track. Roadster also has a stabilization system that can operate in three modes.


How many of discoveries supercar will be produced, so far not been reported. From cabin Codatronca TS planned to produce 20 pieces, but how many are sold, not reported.

In Europe, the price of the roadster will start from € 250,000.
