2011 Detroit Auto Show: Porsche has a new supercar


According to recent rumors, taken from several internet sites, in recent hours, the car would buck of developing a new supercar to be unveiled at the Detroit Motor Show 2011, the United States, scheduled for January 10 to 24 next, and return it to the North American festival, after years of defection (the participation of Porsche event is part of the Volkswagen Group to increase the roots of all its brands around the world and thus become the largest manufacturer worldwide). We're not sure what we say, the voice is coming out of the factory without any confirmation from the Porsche management.

It appears, giving heed to what they say, that Porsche has achieved this new supercar, never heard or seen before today, the platform 918 Spyder, the hybrid concept car that the manufacturer of Zuffenhausen presented in Geneva in 2010, gaining a better success. The rumor defines the project as a spectacular new concept that points to a future production model. With Porsche 918 Spyder, the concept car will share many components, in addition to the flatbed, and even the ecological context.
